Returns & Exchanges

All custom garments require a 50% non-refundable deposit. All custom garments successfully made to specifications and measurements are non-refundable. 

Garments purchased from Ja De'van that were not custom made for you, and have not been worn, are allowed to be returned within 10 business days of receipt your purchase. If the return is being shipped, we must receive the tracking number within 5 business days of receipt of your purchase.

All handbags and accessories that have not been used or worn can be returned within 10 business days of receipt of your purchase.  If the return is being shipped, we must receive the tracking number within 5 business days of receipt of your purchase.
