All custom items are handmade in Ellenwood, GA and require up to 14 business days for processing. Unless otherwise indicated, we ship within 14 days of your order via USPS FIrst-Class Mail Parcel *. You will receive a confirmation email or text and a USPS tracking number once your item ships.

All non-custom made items require 2-3 business days for processing. Unless otherwise indicated, we ship within 2-3 days of your order via USPS FIrst-Class Mail Parcel *. You will receive a confirmation email or text and a USPS tracking number once your item ships.

* First-Class Mail Parcel shipping rates are set by the United States Postal Service, and are non-negotiable. First-Class Mail Parcel shipping time is 1-3 business days . 

Currently, we ship to the 50 United States, US Military addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, US Virgin Islands, and American Samoa. 

At checkout, select the USPS Priority Mail Express option to expedite your shipping.

Postal Service, and are non-negotiable. Priority Mail Express shipping time is overnight to 2 days.

For any paid item that is placed on backorder, you will receive notification from a member of our staff, via email, with detailed availability of your item. We will do our due diligence to process your order within 14 business days.
